Location Ratings allow customers to rate their experience at a specific store or location. These ratings are stored against the customer profile with a reference to the location, enabling location-level CX measurement.

Use cases

  • Post-visit feedback — automatically prompt a CSAT survey after a recorded store visit
  • Post-transaction feedback — ask “How was your in-store experience?” after a POS transaction at a specific location
  • Appointment reviews — collect feedback after a service appointment or consultation

Location ratings data

Location ratings are stored as Rating records with:
  • The rating value
  • The location reference
  • The profile that submitted the rating
  • Optional feedback text
  • The triggering event (visit, transaction)

Aggregating by location

Location ratings can be aggregated at the store level to produce store-level CX scores. These scores can feed into management dashboards and be used to identify high-performing and underperforming locations.
