Extensions connect Omneo to the third-party platforms in your technology stack. Rather than replacing these platforms, Omneo integrates with them, sharing profile data, transaction events, and incentive state so each system stays in sync. Extensions are maintained by Omneo and installed per tenant. Each extension has its own authentication, sync configuration, and lifecycle.

Extension categories

Ecommerce

Ecommerce extensions connect your online store to Omneo, syncing profiles, orders, and transactions bidirectionally. They also power in-store surfaces like POS tiles where supported. Available integrations: Shopify, BigCommerce, commercetools, Commerce Layer, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Communications

Comms extensions push profile data and incentive events to your email and SMS platform so you can trigger personalised customer communications. Profile opt-in status and suppression lists are kept in sync. Available integrations: Klaviyo, Emarsys, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

ERP and POS

ERP and POS extensions sync product catalogues, locations, and transaction data between Omneo and your inventory or point-of-sale system. Available integrations: Apparel21, Cin7, Indigo 8.

Customer service

Customer service extensions surface Omneo profile data inside your support platform, so agents can see a customer’s loyalty status, recent transactions, and active incentives without switching tools. Available integrations: Gorgias, Zendesk.
