Omneo is a customer profile and incentive platform.
Omneo is retail customer experience software focused on allowing customers to create and own a personalised profile with the brands they care about — so that the brand can understand them better and provide personalised service, experiences, and incentives. For too long, consumers have been treated as rows in a database. Omneo exists to change that. Omneo sits at the intersection of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and a CX engine with a retail specialisation. It gives brands:- A single, real-time profile for every known customer across in-store, online, and mobile
- A full incentive engine — rewards, points, tiers, benefits, achievements, and credits
- Commerce visibility — transactions, returns, orders, products, and locations
- Automation via reactions, webhooks, and scheduled triggers
- Platform surfaces including CX Manager, Clienteling, Profile Portal, and Omneo Wallet
- Extensibility via integrations with eCommerce, POS, comms, BI, and customer service platforms
What Omneo is not
Omneo is not a marketing platform, segmentation tool, data warehouse, or traditional CRM. It is purpose-built to power the customer-facing experience and the staff who serve customers — not to replace your analytics or email marketing stack. Omneo synchronises the right data in real-time to your other CX tools so they can each perform their specific function better.Key terminology
