Omneo integrates with business intelligence (BI) and customer data platform (CDP) tools to feed rich, first-party customer data into your analytics and segmentation stack.

Why BI integration matters

Omneo’s strength is real-time profile management and incentive automation — not reporting. By connecting to dedicated BI tools, brands get the best of both worlds: real-time CX operations in Omneo, and deep analytical capability in purpose-built reporting platforms.

Supported integration approaches

Webhook-based data pipeline

Omneo fires webhooks for all major events (profile created/updated, transaction created, incentive issued, etc.). These events can be ingested by a data pipeline and loaded into your data warehouse or BI tool.

API polling

For historical data or batch reporting, BI tools can poll the Omneo API to retrieve profile, transaction, and incentive data on a schedule.

Direct database connections

For enterprise implementations, Omneo can provide direct database read replicas for BI tool connection. Contact your Omneo account team for availability.

Common BI tool integrations

Omneo data has been connected to: Tableau, Domo, Qlik View, GoodData, The Retail Score, Looker, Power BI, and custom data warehouse environments (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
