Loyalty partner extensions allow Omneo profiles to be linked to third-party incentive programs, enabling customers to earn and track partner points alongside their brand incentives.

Qantas Frequent Flyer

The Qantas Frequent Flyer integration allows customers to link their Qantas membership number to their brand profile. Once linked:
  • Purchases at the brand can earn Qantas Frequent Flyer points
  • Customers can see their Qantas points balance alongside their brand reward balance in Profile Portal
  • Tier progress and points display can include Qantas data
This integration uses Omneo’s Identity system: the Qantas membership number is stored as a profile identity with the qantas-ff handle.

Corporate Invites

The Corporate Invites extension enables B2B and group invitation mechanics, allowing brands to send invitations to bulk groups (e.g., employees of a corporate partner) with automatic profile creation and Organisation linking.

How partner extensions are configured

Partner integrations are typically configured as a combination of:
  1. An Identity definition for the partner’s membership ID
  2. A custom attribute for displaying the partner balance
  3. Reactions that trigger on points events to calculate and record partner point earn
  4. Target configuration to send data to the partner’s API
