Zendesk
The Omneo Zendesk app appears as a sidebar within Zendesk Support tickets. When an agent opens a ticket, Omneo automatically looks up the customer by email and surfaces:- Full profile data (name, contact details, join date)
- Transaction history with purchase details
- Current incentive balances (rewards, points, tier, benefits)
- Profile tags and statuses
- Recent interactions and notes
- View and update profile details
- Issue incentives (rewards, benefits) as part of issue resolution
- Add interaction notes directly from the Zendesk sidebar
Gorgias
Omneo integrates with Gorgias (a Shopify-native support platform) to provide the same profile surfacing capability within Gorgias tickets. Customer data is displayed in the customer sidebar, giving support agents full CX context without leaving Gorgias.Benefits for support teams
