What the Omneo MCP will do

The Omneo MCP (Model Context Protocol) server will enable AI assistants like Claude to interact directly with Omneo data and operations. Planned capabilities include:
  • Natural language profile lookup and management
  • Incentive program configuration via AI-assisted prompts
  • Reaction and automation creation
  • Data analysis and reporting queries

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that allows AI models to connect to external tools and data sources. An MCP server exposes Omneo’s API capabilities in a format that AI assistants can discover and use.

Use the Omneo API directly or the Postman collection to interact with your Omneo instance programmatically.
