Who uses CX Manager

What CX Manager is not
- A reporting platform: it shows individual profile data, not aggregate reports. Use your BI tool for reporting.
- A segmentation tool: use your comms platform or CDP for segment building.
- A customer-facing surface: customers use Profile Portal; staff use Clienteling.
