CX Manager is the web-based administration interface for the Omneo platform. It serves as a centralised hub for business users who configure incentives and manage customers, and for technical users who manage integrations and settings.

Who uses CX Manager

What CX Manager is not

  • A reporting platform: it shows individual profile data, not aggregate reports. Use your BI tool for reporting.
  • A segmentation tool: use your comms platform or CDP for segment building.
  • A customer-facing surface: customers use Profile Portal; staff use Clienteling.
