Instant customer search
Find any customer by name, email, mobile number, loyalty card, suburb, or any other attribute, across millions of profiles. No card scan required. Clienteling also shows the 10 most recently viewed profiles for quick access to customers served earlier that day.Complete customer view
When a profile is opened in Clienteling, staff see:- Profile details and contact information
- Transaction history with product-level detail
- Current incentive balances (rewards, points, tier, benefits, achievements)
- Wishlists and product lists
- Communication preferences
- Tags, statuses, and notes
Incentive redemption
Staff can process reward and benefit redemptions directly from Clienteling, linked to a POS transaction.Profile updates

Clienteling Curate provides configurable filter views to help staff proactively engage with their customer base during quiet periods.
