Profile Portal is configured to match your brand during onboarding, and again whenever you update your branding. This page lists the image assets Omneo needs from you, with recommended dimensions, formats, and file names, so your design team can prepare a complete set in one pass. See Configuring Profile Portal for how these assets fit into setup.
Provide these assets to your Omneo account manager. Self-serve asset upload is not yet available.

Before you start

  • Provide logos as vector files (SVG) where possible, or at minimum a 2x resolution PNG.
  • Use transparent backgrounds for icons and logos, and JPG for photographic backgrounds and banners.
  • Label each file by its purpose (for example “card background”) rather than only its dimensions, so Omneo can confirm it matches the right slot.
  • Provide the actual pixel dimensions of each file. A print-ready source file (for example an InDesign file) is not usable directly and needs a web-ready export.

Asset checklist

That is 20 required files, plus the optional ones listed under optional/ (see Optional assets). The following sections cover each group in detail. If the same file is reused for more than one purpose (for example the Google Wallet logo also used as the Profile Portal card logo, or the same logo used for both the brand logo and the email logo), provide one file and state which purposes it covers, rather than duplicating it under multiple names.

Favicon

Used for the browser tab icon, and when a customer adds Profile Portal to their home screen or bookmarks.

Apple Wallet card

Apple requires three resolution tiers (1x, 2x, 3x) for each image. Provide all three, otherwise Apple upscales the closest available version and the result looks blurred on higher-resolution devices. All Apple Wallet images are PNG. Icons and logos need a transparent background. The icon and banner dimensions are fixed by Apple. The logo dimensions are a reference only. Actual width and height depend on your brand logo’s aspect ratio, and can vary by tenant.

Google Wallet card

Google Wallet masks the logo into a circle. Keep the logo on a square, full-bleed background with roughly 15% margin on each side so nothing gets cut off by the circular mask. Use a transparent PNG for the banner if you want the card’s background colour to show through.

Optional assets

Provide these only if the corresponding feature is enabled for your tenant.
For how Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes work end to end, see Omneo Wallet (Omneo Pass).
