Dashboard
The Omneo Dashboard leverages embedded reporting (powered by Metabase) to display key metrics at a glance. Work with your implementation partner to configure the metrics that matter most for your brand — things like new member sign-ups, active profiles, reward issuance rates, and redemption activity.The Dashboard is a reporting view, not a segmentation or export tool. For full analytics capabilities, connect Omneo to your BI platform.
Profiles
The Profiles section is the home view for all customer data. From here you can search, view, and edit individual customer profiles. List View:- Live feed of recently joined members
- Quick search by name, email, mobile, or any identity
- Contact info visible at a glance
- Complete profile data including attributes, aggregations, and transaction history
- Incentive balances — rewards, points, benefits, tiers, and achievements
- All linked identities (Shopify ID, loyalty card number, etc.)
- Interaction and audit history
Transactions
The Transactions tab provides a detailed view of customer purchases across all channels. For each transaction you can see the customer, date, receipt number, items purchased, location, serving staff, and spend breakdown.Incentives
An overview of all active incentives across the platform. See which rewards and benefits are live, how frequently they’re being used, their value, and creation and expiry dates.Configuration

- Points — set up point definitions and earn rates

- Tiers — build tier programs with attain and maintain rules

- Products — validate and view product data in transaction history
Settings
Settings is where developers spend most of their time managing integrations:- API Tokens — generate bearer tokens for integrations
- Webhooks — configure outbound event notifications
- Reactions (Triggers and Automations) — build event-driven and scheduled automation
- Targets — configure formatted payload endpoints for comms platforms
- Users — manage admin users and their permissions
