Credits and gift cards
Omneo Credits are used as Shopify gift cards. Credits are issued and tracked in Omneo. The extension generates a matching Shopify gift card per Credit in the destination Shopify store, so Profiles can redeem at checkout using Shopify’s native gift card flow. A single Omneo tenant can be linked to multiple regional Shopify stores (for example AU, US, and UK). A Credit issued in Omneo materialises as a gift card in the correct region when the Profile reaches checkout there, and the balance is the single Omneo balance behind every region.
