The Omneo Shopify extension connects your Shopify store to Omneo, keeping Shopify Accounts and Omneo Profiles, orders, products, and transactions in sync and powering Shopify Account, checkout, and Shopify POS surfaces with Omneo data.

What the extension syncs

Shopify Account blocks

Embedded blocks for the Shopify Account area let signed-in Profiles see their Omneo data without leaving Shopify:

Block titles, subtitles, and visibility are configurable from the Shopify theme editor.

Checkout extensions

Signed-in Profiles can apply Omneo value to an order at checkout:

Multiple discounts can be stacked on a single checkout.

Credits and gift cards

Omneo Credits are used as Shopify gift cards. Credits are issued and tracked in Omneo. The extension generates a matching Shopify gift card per Credit in the destination Shopify store, so Profiles can redeem at checkout using Shopify’s native gift card flow. A single Omneo tenant can be linked to multiple regional Shopify stores (for example AU, US, and UK). A Credit issued in Omneo materialises as a gift card in the correct region when the Profile reaches checkout there, and the balance is the single Omneo balance behind every region. The result is one omnichannel gift card experience across stores. See Credits and gift cards for configuration, issuance, and redemption details.

Shopify POS tiles

The extension provides tiles and blocks for use in Shopify POS:

Search	Search for a Profile by scan (barcode/QR) or name
Forms	Collect structured Profile information from staff in-store
Customer Aggregation Block	Display Omneo aggregations (spend, favourite store) on the Profile screen
Clienteling	Open the Clienteling portal for the current Profile
