Omneo is designed to sit at the centre of your retail tech stack, synchronising customer data in real-time with the systems that power each part of your business. Extensions are the integrations that make this possible.

Extension categories

eCommerce

Omneo integrates with the leading retail eCommerce platforms to capture customer sign-ups, link transactions, and power on-site profile experiences:
  • Shopify — customer sync, transaction capture, rewards redemption at checkout, Shopify Proxy for authenticated SDK access
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) — full cartridge integration with proxy authentication
  • Magento 2 — customer and transaction integration
  • BigCommerce — profile and transaction sync
  • commercetools — headless commerce integration
  • Commerce Layer — API-first commerce integration

POS (Point of Sale)

Omneo integrates directly with in-store POS systems to attach transactions to profiles in real or near-real time, and to enable incentive redemption at the register. Supported platforms include Apparel21, Retail Directions, Cin7, and others.

Communications

Omneo synchronises profiles and triggers notifications to your comms platform of choice. Supported platforms include Klaviyo, Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor, Bronto, Responsys, SendGrid, and MailChimp. Communication preferences (opt-ins, opt-outs, channel preferences) are managed in Omneo and pushed to your comms platform in real time.

Customer Service

  • Zendesk — the Omneo Zendesk app surfaces the full customer profile inside a Zendesk ticket, enabling agents to see transaction history, incentive balances, and profile data without leaving Zendesk
  • Gorgias — similar profile surfacing integration for Gorgias-based support teams

Business Intelligence and CDP

Connect Omneo to BI platforms (Tableau, Domo, Qlik, GoodData, The Retail Score) and CDP/data warehouse tools to feed customer data into your analytics stack.

Loyalty Partners

Omneo supports integrations with third-party incentive programs:
  • Qantas Frequent Flyer — link customer profiles to their QFF membership and earn/display points
  • Corporate Invites — manage B2B and corporate member invitations

How extensions work

Most extensions are configured in CX Manager under Settings. Each extension uses a combination of:
  • API Tokens — for server-to-server authentication
  • Webhooks — for Omneo to push events to external systems
  • Targets — for formatted payload delivery to comms platforms
  • Machine Users — dedicated system users for integration authentication
