The integration is installed directly from the Gorgias app marketplace.

Installation

During installation, you will be prompted for:
  • Omneo domain: your tenant name (e.g. if your CX Manager is at acme.manager.getomneo.com, your domain is acme)
  • Omneo username: your Omneo login email
  • Omneo password: your Omneo login password
The install process automatically configures the Gorgias widget and HTTP integration.

Settings

Configure the integration in CX Manager under Settings → Plugins → Gorgias:

omneo_identity_handleThe identity handle used in Omneo for Gorgias customers (default: gorgias)
enabledEnable or disable the integration. Set to false to pause all data flow.
domainYour Gorgias domain for API requests
