The Omneo Gorgias integration displays Omneo profile data (tier, incentive balances, recent activity) in the Gorgias ticket sidebar. It syncs customer data from Gorgias to Omneo on ticket creation and links Gorgias customers to Omneo profiles via the gorgias identity handle (configurable).

How data is fetched

Gorgias fetches Omneo data on demand when a ticket is viewed or created. Data is displayed in the widget sidebar against the customer. If a customer has not had a ticket event since installation, their Omneo data will not appear until their next ticket activity. See Setup for installation steps.
