Minor Changes:

• Added support for configurable checkout and signup tags

Major changes:

• Reworked optional 3rd party integrations such as AP21, to evaluate all profiles at the time of the plugin execution.
  This is to separate the population of external id's from the Omneo standard queue, which can be delayed when under high load.
  With any 3rd party integrations such as Ap21, if the profile delegateCreate option is true, profiles will be created in the external system and immediately updated with the data in Magento.

• Added Proxy endpoint /createOrUpdate to magento.
  This provides an endpoint to create or update a profile from Magento, while following the same process as above, immediately updating the data in Magento
