• Configurable button added to be able to resync macros from Zendesk on request
• A draft feature has been added, allowing team members to be able to save a draft outreach message and resume it at a later date
• A configurable confirmation modal has been added to flag with store team members if the ticket is marked as public but the customer profile is opted out of the relevant communications channels
• Block can now be loaded from the search filter instead of the legacy ProfileZendesk block
