# Omneo Insights

> Understanding the reporting and analytics capabilities available in Omneo.

Omneo Insights is the reporting surface for your Omneo customer data. It gives brand administrators and CS teams a real-time view of program performance and engagement trends directly inside [CX Manager](/experiences/cx-manager/overview).
