# Accessing Console

> How to log in to Omneo Console and find your tenant URL.

Console is the primary admin interface for Omneo. It's a web-based application used by administrators, implementation teams, and business users to configure and manage the Omneo platform.

## Finding your Console URL

Your Console URL is unique to your Omneo instance and follows this format:

https://manager.[your-tenant].getomneo.com
```

> Console replaced CX Manager in October 2026. The previous address, `https://[your-tenant].manager.getomneo.com`, is planned to be retired on 31 October 2026. Update your bookmarks and password manager entries to the new address. See the [Console changelog](/experiences/console/changelog.md).

Your tenant name is provided during onboarding. If you're unsure of your tenant name, contact your Omneo implementation partner or [support@omneo.io](mailto:support@omneo.io).

## Logging in

1. Navigate to your Console URL in a web browser
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Select **Sign in**

>
> Passwords must be at least 32 characters. This is a security requirement enforced at account creation.

## User roles

Each user is assigned a role that determines their access level:

| Role | Capabilities |
| - | - |
| **Admin** | Full read, write, update, and delete access to all Console features |
| **Manager** | Read, update, and delete (cannot create new records or configurations). Can create profiles in Clienteling. |
| **Reporting** | Read-only access for generating reports and insights |
| **Machine** | For integration users only (not for human login) |

## First login checklist

* Confirm you can access the Profiles section and view customer records
* Check that your incentive configuration (rewards, points, tiers) is visible under Configuration
* Verify the Settings section shows your integrations and API tokens
