# Setting up the Gorgias integration

> How to install and configure the Omneo Gorgias integration.

The integration is installed directly from the Gorgias app marketplace.

## Installation

During installation, you will be prompted for:

* **Omneo domain**: your tenant name (e.g. if your CX Manager is at `acme.manager.getomneo.com`, your domain is `acme`)
* **Omneo username**: your Omneo login email
* **Omneo password**: your Omneo login password

The install process automatically configures the Gorgias widget and HTTP integration.

## Settings

Configure the integration in CX Manager under **Settings → Plugins → Gorgias**:

| Setting                 | Description                                                                  |
| ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `omneo_identity_handle` | The identity handle used in Omneo for Gorgias customers (default: `gorgias`) |
| `enabled`               | Enable or disable the integration. Set to `false` to pause all data flow.    |
| `domain`                | Your Gorgias domain for API requests                                         |
