# CX Manager

> The Omneo administration interface for configuring incentives, managing profiles, and running operations.

CX Manager is the web-based administration interface for the Omneo platform. It serves as a centralised hub for business users who configure incentives and manage customers, and for technical users who manage integrations and settings.

## Who uses CX Manager

| Role                     | Primary use                                                     |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Administrators**       | Full platform configuration, user management, integration setup |
| **Managers**             | Profile viewing, incentive management, reporting                |
| **Reporting users**      | Read-only access for data and reporting                         |
| **Implementation teams** | API token management, webhook and reaction configuration        |

## What CX Manager is not

* **A reporting platform**: it shows individual profile data, not aggregate reports. Use your BI tool for reporting.
* **A segmentation tool**: use your comms platform or CDP for segment building.
* **A customer-facing surface**: customers use Profile Portal; staff use Clienteling.
