# Omneo Console changelog

### CX Manager is now Omneo Console

Omneo Console replaces CX Manager as the admin interface for every Omneo tenant. Sign in with your existing Omneo login at your new address:

* **Faster and more secure.** Console loads and moves between sections faster, on a more secure foundation.
* **Easier to manage your Definitions.** Reward, Benefit, Tier, Point and other incentive Definitions are simpler to find, create and edit. See [Incentives](/concepts/incentives/overview.md).
* **See more of your data and integrations.** Each Profile shows more of its data in one place, alongside the [extensions](/getting-started/extensions-overview.md) connected to your tenant. See [Managing Profiles in Console](/business-guides/profiles/managing-in-console.md).
* **A foundation for new features.** Console is the base for what comes next. New features will be published on this page as numbered releases, starting with this one.

### Moving from CX Manager

The previous address, `https://{tenant}.manager.getomneo.com`, keeps working for a short period and is planned to be retired on 31 October 2026. Start using the new address now, and update your bookmarks and password manager entries to match. See [Accessing Console](/getting-started/accessing-console.md).

If a feature or view seems missing, or does not work the way you expect, contact your Omneo or Arkade representative as you would for any other issue. We will prioritise a fix or show you how to achieve what you need.
