# CX Manager

> The Omneo admin web UI, the primary interface for configuring and managing the platform.

**CX Manager** is the web-based administration interface for the Omneo platform. Administrators, managers, reporting users, and implementation teams use it to configure incentives, manage profiles, and handle integrations.
